Everwell Primary Care may provide limited follow-up care for stable conditions such as anxiety and depression when appropriate.
This practice is not a Mental Health practice. Patients may need to remain under the care of a psychiatrist or therapist for ongoing treatment.

Hi, I’m Tackesha Thomas, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C, founder of Everwell Primary Care.
I was born and raised in Jamaica and moved to the United States in 2016 to further my career and pursue professional growth. I bring over 13 years of experience as a registered nurse, along with more than 5 years as a nurse practitioner. My combined experience spans home health, medical-surgical care, primary care, and physical medicine & rehabilitation.
This diverse background has shaped my approach to care—focusing on treating the whole person, not just the condition. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I am passionate about providing thoughtful, personalized care that prioritizes your individual needs.
I believe in building meaningful relationships with my patients while supporting long-term health through preventive care, chronic disease management, and convenient telehealth services.
My goal is simple: to make healthcare feel more accessible, supportive, and centered around you.
