Everwell Primary Care PLLC may provide limited mental health support as part of primary care services when clinically appropriate.
Scope of Care
Mental health support offered through Everwell Primary Care may include:

follow-up for stable anxiety or depression

medication monitoring when appropriate

supportive discussion and symptom review

coordination of care with other providers when needed
Not a Psychiatry Practice
Everwell Primary Care is not a dedicated psychiatric or behavioral health practice.
Patients with more complex mental health needs may require care from a:

psychiatrist
-
therapist
-
counselor
-
behavioral health specialist
-
crisis or emergency mental health service
When Referral May Be Needed
Patients may be referred to a mental health specialist if they require:

specialized psychiatric evaluation
-
long-term psychiatric medication management
-
formal ADHD evaluation
-
controlled substance treatment
-
therapy or counseling services
-
higher-acuity mental health care
Crisis and Emergency Situations
Everwell Primary Care does not provide emergency psychiatric services.
If you are experiencing:

suicidal thoughts
-
thoughts of harming yourself or others
-
severe emotional distress
-
psychosis
-
or any mental health emergency
Call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or call/text 988 immediately.
Patient Safety
Mental health treatment decisions are made on an individual basis and may depend on medical history, symptom severity, treatment response, and safety considerations.
