Everwell Primary Care PLLC offers secure telehealth services for eligible patients located in Washington State at the time of their visit.
What Telehealth Means
Telehealth allows you to meet with your healthcare provider using secure audio and/or video technology instead of an in-person office visit.
Patient Location Requirement
You must be physically located in Washington State during your telehealth appointment in order to receive care through Everwell Primary Care.
Technology Requirements
To participate in a telehealth visit, you may need:

A smartphone, tablet, or computer

Internet or cellular connection

Camera and microphone access
-
A private location for your visit
Limitations of Telehealth
Telehealth may not be appropriate for every medical concern. Some conditions may require:

in-person evaluation
-
urgent care
-
emergency room care
-
referral to a specialist
Not for Emergencies
Telehealth services through Everwell Primary Care are not intended for emergencies.
If you are experiencing:

chest pain
-
shortness of breath
-
stroke symptoms
-
suicidal thoughts
-
severe allergic reaction
-
or any other medical emergency
Call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.
Privacy and Security
Everwell Primary Care takes reasonable steps to protect your privacy during telehealth visits. However, no technology can guarantee complete security, and patients are encouraged to join visits from a private, secure location whenever possible.
Consent
By scheduling and participating in a telehealth appointment, you acknowledge that you understand the nature and limitations of telehealth services.
Formal telehealth consent may also be completed separately through patient intake or electronic forms before treatment.
