Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Missed Appointments / No-Shows

Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice may be considered a no-show.

Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.

If you are late to your scheduled appointment, your visit may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on provider availability.

For telehealth appointments, patients should be ready and available at the scheduled appointment time.

Emergencies and Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Everwell Primary Care in certain circumstances.
